In this episode, as always, we dive deep into the power of knowledge and how it can transform our lives. 
There is a special message from a new Archangel, Saphalderon, a new Angelic presence Sarah encounters at the beginning of the channeling, who describes himself as the “Messenger of Music”. Safalderon starts by singing a short song that he goes on to describe as “ancient music”. He says that it comes from Ireland and Norway, where there are still elemental beings such as Elves and Wizards and Unicorns. He also explains that where there are fewer people, there is more light. He says that our oceans are filled with Light. 
There is more explanation about the Celtic music and that it can bring in Light. It is very special. Safalderon also discusses what happens when our different incarnations (what we call fractals) pass over into the Light. We also discuss how the negative energies tried to prevent the session from happening. 
Edmund (a being from Travis’ past life in England) checks in next, to talk about the Light, what it is like living in the light, and what people do for fun. He mentions that they sing, dance, and play games. 
Sarah asks what kind of games and Edmund mentions Legerian games. Sarah asks what those are and Edmund says they are from the planet Legeria. He is full of humor and has many witty English sayings. His description are full of laughter and fun.  He says that when we return to the Light/Heaven, we have unlimited power. He talks about all of the things people do in the Light to have fun. He goes on to talk about how they are sending Light to the earth and how the Event/Flash/Wave will work when it happens. 
Archangel Uriel comes in next to talk. He mentions he is proud we had the session regardless of the negative energy’s attempts to stop it.  He explains a hand position or mudra that humans can use to repel negative energy, to help with meditation and astral travel, and even manifesting success. 
He says you should do this as much as possible, and that it is very easy, there is nothing to do, it works on its own. He also explains how humans can use their stubbornness to fight negative energy. He says to not believe anything the negative energies tell you, to use your mind and to go around another way to succeed. He says there is always another way. 
Archangel Uriel also talks about the power pets have to repel negative energies, and how they were given a special gift to transmute negative energy into Light. That is why having pets is such a good way to balance the energy near us and in our homes. 
Metatron comes in for just a moment to say he is proud that everyone is waking up and feeling the light. He says to keep doing what we are doing. 
Source comes in at the end. This is a surprise. Source says that the Angels always tell us this, but he wanted to tell us for himself that we are doing very well, that we are breaking through the lie. He says that is the way he created us, to use our human brain. He says we are all doing well. He says he created us as light and that is what we will forever be, no matter what.

Happyland is “home”, it is the home we all come from. My client sees it as a place that is royal, yet whimsical, like a fair or a festival, with a royal feeling to it as well. There are large castles and mansions there. It is a place of perfect happiness, joy and safety. On Earth, she is a Happylandian. This means she remembers her connection to the Light/Happyland. She needed to be reminded that it was a real place, and that she didn’t make the memories of it up in her mind. Happylandians are rare on Earth, as many have forgotten their connection to Happyland. They are repelled by those who do remember it. They can sense their lighthearted and joyful nature and because they cannot reach that level of happiness, they hate those who carry the energy and frequency and vibration of Happyland. Happylandians repel those who are in darkness with their spiritual nature. My client learns how those who can’t remember “home” manipulate and even try to destroy those who do. We learn it is because of their own pain that they come to be that way. My client has an experience with someone in the home who tries to disrupt the session. The negative energy on earth is able to manipulate these people easily due to their lower vibrational state. They may not realize why they react in this way. My client learns about others in her life who are also Happylandians. She names off several people who are Happylandians. Since she is in a temporary situation where she has to be around some people who have lost their connection and memories of the Light/Happyland, her team led her to find protection through her medication. It is designed as a temporary fix to keep her from becoming too depressed while she is in this situation. We ask her session questions and she gets the answers about her future, where she should move to, what she should to for work, etc.

Happyland is a place of immense joy, safety, and happiness. It is a state of mind as well. Living in this state of mind can be a refuge for those who feel oppressed. I share that Quantum Healing Hypnosis has changed my life, and how it can help everyone to find answers their our deepest questions and access their own power to heal.
 
Hi, friends. This podcast is a quantum healing hypnosis session that I facilitated recently that was very special. My client went to a place that she called Happy Land. She described it as basically the happiest place you could ever be. Now, I know that that's kind of a hard thing to put together in your head and what is the happiest place you could ever be, but for her it was kind of like being at a fair, like an outdoor, uh, fair, or.
Uh, maybe an amusement park somewhere. Really, really fun. Very whimsical, very, uh, joyful. Just people having so much fun, so much joy and peace and feeling safe. Um, she said it was a very safe feeling place and just happiness. I have premonitions before my sessions and I usually experience a little bit of what the person is going to see or feel.
And in this case, for at least two or three days before this session, I was. Seeing all of this colored light, and most of it was pastel light. There were some deep jewel tones, but most of it was beautiful cotton candy. That's what I kept calling it. Cotton candy colored light. I remember I was seeing this light and I kept saying, what are these?
What is this cotton candy color that I keep seeing in my mind, you know, in my third eye, in my consciousness? And so when we had the session, it made sense, but it was just beautiful and. The colors are not explainable really. You know, I can say pastel and I can say jewel toned, and I can say saturated and deep, but they were so beautiful that they really are not.
Words in our language or any language to explain the beauty of these colors and the feeling that came with them. It was just amazing. Some other things that she saw in this place. She described it as very whimsical. Yet royal at the same time, which is interesting. You don't really find many places on the earth that are.
Whimsical and royal as well. So it was whimsical. Yet royal, there were, uh, large buildings. There were like castles. People lived in these beautiful castles, and it was just this place of pure joy and pure happiness. And as we go into the session further, we discover where this place is and we also discover what happens if you happen.
To be from Happy Land and you run into someone who does not remember Happy Land, or if you say live with someone who doesn't remember their connection to Happy Land, and you do. And I think. That this information, that it might resonate with a lot of people because many of us who listen to podcasts like this one feel or have felt as if we 
don't fit in here. I think, um, many of us have had a feeling like that. I know I have had that feeling since I was a little, little kid, like very young. Like I remember the, the first time someone was, Unkind to me. I, I vividly remember this, and I remember being like, what, what, what is happening? Like, why is everybody so mad?
Like, what's the, what is the problem in this place? It's, you know, I don't, I don't understand. And even some people, I know Phil, like there's something wrong with them when there is nothing wrong with them. There is nothing wrong with them. That is the irony of this entire thing. I think that's what hit me so hard is that unfortunately in our society, when you are kind.
When you are loving, that can be taken as weakness and it's just such a silly thing. It's really unbelievable that it's so backwards. The other very interesting thing about this session is that. Two days later, we had what I call an impromptu channeling, uh, arc Angel Metron. Came through in the middle of the night and I could hear him having a conversation with Travis, and I realized that it was about this session and Meditron was explaining.
That this is not only a place where some people come from, it's where all of us are from. And also that this is what the new Earth is going to be like. 
And so that was, it was unexpected and. It was very powerful. Just feeling the energy from the Arc Angels is always powerful, but feeling the energy of the new Earth and what it will be like if there is a word that comes close.
To it in our language. It would be magical when you feel that feeling. And I do really, I hope that it will come through, you know, either this healing session or the channeling, but just feeling what that new earth. Feeling what the new earth will be like is just beautiful and magical, and I hope that that comes through for you.
I believe that's why they come through and talk to us, to let us feel what it is like. To let us feel the happiness. I know a lot of people right now feel the density of the earth, the negative energy that's here, but there is positive energy too. And if you try to bring that into your life, there are guides and angels and your higher consciousness or your higher self.
All are waiting to help you, to bring that into your life and to make life happier, maybe happier than it's been in the past. And the world wants to make that seem impossible and silly and childish even. But it is not. It is real. I can feel it right now. Again, I hope that you can feel it too. I hope that this makes your day better, and with that, I will stop talking and let you listen.

Open, beautiful open field. An open field like a metal, like rolling heels, like on Shrek, the pretty green grass with. The butter cups. Oh, and the yei. The Lillys and yellow flowers. I feel like a swarski. Mm-hmm. S the, the pretty, the crystals Orbs, yes. Just rainbow colors like a clear swan, uh, made of. Swarovski.
Mm-hmm. Crystal and just floating beautiful. And everything's in chakra colors, chakra colors. The deep, deep, deep purple and indigo and pale sky blue, and a beautiful emerald green and a just a. Buttercup Dark, pretty orangey buttercup. Yellow and an orange. Orange, mandarin, dark. Mandarin, orange. Orange. And the red is like a, just a, a bold red, like, um, just a really blood red, very red.
And it's just translucent. It's. Pretty 
translucent. So you're in this open meadow seeing all these beautiful colors. Take a look at yourself. Look down at your feet. Let me know if you have a 
body. My body is like an orb, a bubble. Okay. Bloating feels great and safe. So as 
this orb, do you know why you're in this place?
Do you have any sense of. Why you're in that particular place? 
It's the place where I go to meet Spirit. It's the place where I play with God. It's the place where I would imagine us having a day together and just, it's just presence and it's like, um, This huge open space, like, uh, um, a kingdom, kinda like a big village, but it's very open.
Uhhuh, like a festival party, not party, but it's like, um, fair. Jubilee Carnival, Julie. Yeah. Jubilee. Where you have booths and just mm-hmm. Everything is just playful. Yeah. And open uhhuh. And it's just big. Oh. Um, like medieval castle's open. Um, it's just, it's very royal. There are people there, but everybody's just, I don't know them, but they're not like people.
People, yeah. Their presences. But I know that they're people. So do they are, do they look like you? No, they don't look like me. They are just Do you see them 
or, or since, 
since then. Since, since, uh, since then. Since then. Okay. And they're, even though they're people uhhuh, they're more like spirits, like orbs, like those right essences of the people.
So 
what are they doing there, 
do you know? They're just around, uh, almost like, um, yeah, and everybody's happy. They're just, Milling around talking. Mm-hmm. Playing, you know, just, yeah. Icking. I 
wonder, uh, I wonder what this place is. 
Mm-hmm. Home. Home. Is that what you get? That's what I heard home. Mm-hmm. Happy land.
Yeah. Happy land. 
And so in this, in this place, home or snappy land? Are you just floating around like everyone else? 
Mm-hmm. Yeah. 
Can you, uh, can you communicate 
with anybody? I guess I could if I wanted to. Yeah. But it's almost like I'm observing. Oh. Um, I interact if I wanted to interact, but it's also like I'm looking.
Yeah, like, like I'm on a tour. I'm a part of it, but I'm also not a part of it. I wonder why 
your higher self brought you to this place. 
Because I need to know It's okay to be happy. Yeah. Happy land really is a happy land. It really is. Rainbows, butterflies. Yes. Joy. P, whimsical, idyllic, um, euphoric, Peter Panty, tinker bell-y.
Yeah. And it has a, um, it smells fruity like fruit, like cotton candy and strawberries and candy apples, and, Lemongrass floral. Is it like 
mini sensations at one time or just every, every, all of that. All 
at once. Yeah. Kind of like, like when you're at a fair uhhuh, you can smell the funnel cakes, but you can also smell the cotton candy, the candied apples.
You, you can smell, you can smell it. Yeah. Individually, but collectively. Mm-hmm. And it's real flowery, like tulips, everything smells sweet, florally delicate, light kites, um, ballooned. Wow. Everything is floaty. Um, Lorax? I don't know. No. The Lorax shit. Now I gotta go watch that movie. Laura, is that what you said?
Or see? I, I just, I just heard Lorax. Lorax, yes. Like the Dr. Sue Lawrence. Not, not the, the beings, but mm-hmm. The colors, the. Atmosphere, the, all the, the fun. Mm-hmm. Uhhuh. 
So is that, is that where we 
go? Is that, is that home? It's happy land? That's, that's it's happy land and it, it really is happy. Like, wow, for real, for real.
Is there 
a purpose for you to be there other than just to 
know that it exists? No, that's, that's my Wakanda forever. It's my home. Okay. That's why, that's why I can't watch the news. Certain things take me far off. Um, it's like I can't do horror movies because it is not Happy Land. So Happy Land is is Home?
Yes. I am a Happy Land Indian? Yes. Okay. Okay. That's why people don't understand me. 
Because you're from a magical, beautiful place 
of all these colors and love, love and everything, unconditional love. Yeah. That's it. Real love. Hm. Are you seeing anything else? Everybody's happy. It's just like, it's very happy.
Medieval. It's very mm-hmm. Kingdom ish. Very, mm-hmm. Idyllic. Um, Huge houses that are like castles and mansions and huge, just everything is big, big and spacious. Everything is like, like peachy and lines. But the, but some of the colors are darker. Yeah. But it's just because it's so intense or different levels not in a bad way.
Mm-hmm. It's just like the difference between Diet Coke and regular Coke.
Oline water and regular water. It, it's nothing bad. It's just a different scale. Range. Vibrant. They're very beautiful. So they're like deep and saturated and, yeah. Yeah, deep. 
I was gonna ask you, is there anywhere, do you wanna explore it, this place a little more? Are you just floating 
around right now? I'm just floating around telling you about my, about your home.
That's beautiful. My home, I'm a happy land and I have the vibrant colors. Really? There are pastels. Mm-hmm. Um, the soft pastels. Mm-hmm. But mine are darker, but they are. That. What is Lacquer? Lacquer? L A C Q U E R. Lacquer. Lac. Like a er look like? Yes. Very bold, artistic. Um, is it shiny at all? Yes. Yes, very.
Okay. Blackard like that. Deep royal, the royal blue. Mm-hmm. The, the colors are really, they're shiny, old, shiny, like lip gloss. They're deep colors. Yeah. Passionate colors. Mm-hmm. And they, and the colors. Vary from one end of the spectrum to the next, but they're, they're all conjoined. Kinda like a butterfly can have a light blue and it has a dark Bluetooth.
Mm-hmm. Very, very colorful, vibrant, but everything blends together. And if you have the crystal or kaleidoscopes, the colors constantly change, but just like a. Suki. Yeah, I know Crystal. They, it just, yeah. V O R S K I. I don't know why they got me spelling words and I keep seeing a swan for some reason. I keep seeing this.
Beautiful. Yes. White, transparent crystal. Just, I wonder if 
that is like the, is it an emblem or do you know 
mascot. I don't, that just, I just heard mascot, but mascot. 
Okay, so the swan is that? Mm-hmm. Is there anything else we need to know about this place? It's 
home. It's home. 
Can you bring this into your life here?
Can you bring more of this home into your life here on the earth? I 
dunno. I 
wonder if you can ask, can I bring more of this into my, into 
my, oh, that's the conflict. Being in a place where the beauty of happy land tends to be rejected. That's why I don't fit, because, oh, it's like, Knowing you're from Wakanda, but having to act like an American.
Now, I understand it doesn't seem like a real place, but it really is okay. That's why I can be extraordinarily happy for no reason and feel conflict and outta sorts and. Because this world does not ascribe to the principles of Happy Land because it's, it's doesn't seem real. Mm-hmm. But it is, my soul knows it.
Okay. And that's why I can't, I feel awkward. Okay. Uh, rejected, um, outlandish because 
people here don't, don't believe in it. Don't mm-hmm. 
Ascribe to it. Ascribe, okay. Ascribe, is that it? The, I just keep hearing ascribe the principles, the ethics, the character, the morals. Mm-hmm. The, the landscape, the structure, the essence of Happy land seems outlandish.
Mm. Okay. To this land. This land like that couldn't possibly be. Yeah. Like if you think you're gonna be happy all the time mm-hmm. You're, you're stupid. Yeah. Like you couldn't possibly. Right. Like This's Happy Land. That's Happy land. But that's where you're, it's real. Yeah. That's the, it is me. No matter where I am.
No matter where I go, I'm a happy Landy. That's why I don't fit. Okay. Because there aren't very many Happy Land Answer. Not too many. I'm not the only one. They're just rare.
That's why he's different. That's why he had to be, that's why he hurts himself cause he's a happy landing and it's like, it's so far from it. It's, it's a right. Yeah. Trapped right. It makes sense now. Okay. Is there anything 
else that you. Your higher self wants you to know about this 
or see, it's okay. It's okay.
That's why we are here Now. The, the other happy lands that are here are here. Cuz so many people don't, they just don't believe it. And they, they, they envious. Ooh. They hate us. They're jealous of us. Good God. Like, like bright light burns vampires. Okay. Our essence X different people on different levels. So they actually react to the happy landing.
They, yeah. They. Very repulsed by,
she's calling 
you in real life. She's calling you? Yeah. Do you want me to count you out so you can go check on her? Yes. We can take you back in. You'll go deeper. Okay.
And five completely out. But take it very slowly. Move when you are ready. Open your eyes when you're ready.
Oh, that's a trip. They said that's, that's, hold on. I heard it and then it drifted away. Hold on a minute. Ooh. That's what happened. Okay. People who can't get to Happy Land fully embrace Happy Land. Try to find ways to keep people from being there. Okay. Dad was sleep, but she was calling out when I went to her room.
Mm-hmm. She sleep. Really? Yeah. Wow. That's what they said. That's what I'm up against. Oh my goodness. Mm-hmm. And it's almost like they don't want me to return to happy land. That's why I have to be aware of my colors. Ooh. That's why I used to only wear black and grays, and now I'm finally where I wear white.
Mm-hmm. I used to, wouldn't wear white. I used to wear black and dark colors, but now I'm, I'm being drawn more to my light. Uh huh. That's why I have so many white dresses. So why did you wear the black Black before? Um, because I, I was so far away from home Uhhuh. Okay. Okay. The darkest part, the darkest times in my life was when I was farthest away from who I am.
Okay. From my essence, from my truth, wow. This is so from my meanness. This is profound. Yeah, she is totally knocked out. Sleep, like sleep, sleep, sleep. And they told me to tell that if she calls me again, don't answer and to tell him that I'm in a meeting and when I get finished. But stop calling out. Okay.
So that's, it's like she knows that's how deep it is. Yeah. That's, that's it. I've been, I've always been different. Okay. And they've, and they've always tried to make it seem like it, so they, they can 
see that in your, some on some level. They 
know they don't, they, they, They didn't know what to do with it.
Uhhuh, so they just tried to kill it. Wow. That's why they used to say, I hope you don't like if I wanted to or whatever. Mm-hmm. I hope you don't because if you hope you do. Hope is the end all, be all to all thing. But if you tell someone, I hope you don't, that's like saying Don't have hope. And my, oh, they say that's why it's raining now.
To wash it all away. Cleanse it, refresh, renew. So is that issue rejuvenate for, for you that the rain for Yeah, for us, for everything. Um, cause this area even really leave that, yeah. That area. But this whole area. Wow. Wow. It's a darkness over this area. Yeah. That, that, that means it, it, it's like it's here to destroy.
Anything happy? Destroyed. Destroyed. Yeah. So they're 
cleansing that 
and, and regenerating. Mm-hmm. Renewing. So revitalizing. Oh yeah. They make a joke. They do that. Sometimes they say, that's why I'm packing the Prozac and it start working so quick. Oh. Oh my goodness. With it keeps, it keeps the darkness away.
Yeah. That's why my colors are so vibrant. Mm-hmm. On the darker end. Yeah. And they're lad because so much darkness tried to take away the pastel that I was, they can't take me past where I am. They've done all they can. They can't get me black anymore. They can't. They can't. The, when I started wearing the white, that's what.
Brought the shine. I have to be intentional about remembering that I am a happy land in. I was gonna ask, 
is there a way that you can bring that in or can you go there sometimes to like refresh, 
renew, both. Both. It's a state of mind. It's a lifestyle. It's, oh, it is the essence of quantum healing. It's a subtle shift of vibration.
Um, it is, like they say, it's like Samuel Jackson. Oh no. What, what? There is a knowing about Samuel L. Jackson in the part he plays, he knows, he's super sure. Um, he doesn't back down. It's like a knowing, you know, you know. No, that's it. Yeah, I think so. It's the answer to everything. Mm-hmm. That's the marker.
Like, like a ma to a flame. Like a flame bird by the fire. Mm-hmm. Why are you quoting Janet Jackson? That's what it's like. They're drawn to it, but they're also repulsed by, it's almost like the brightness burns. That's why the vampire thing like, oh, uh, bright light. 
So, So it burns. 
So it burns, then it burns them.
It, it repulse. It repels because they don't wanna accept it. So it repels and repulses and rather than they've been through, oh, snap, they've been through too much. Okay. Even though they know I've been through like,
Like, I already know that. 
Yeah. Yeah. I, I knew when I 
was four. I didn't, that's why they say I didn't, that's why it's so important. Why,
why 
do you have such a hard time? Feeling, uh, prosperous and successful? Is that part of what we've already learned? 
Yes. Or is there more conflict of this world and happy landing? Can we fix that today? Yes. Just remember you're a happy landing. Okay. Are they, do they're, are they 
doing some things too, though, like an energetic.
Yes. Yes, it sounds like it. That's why I'm not depressed. Uhhuh, even though it's a joke, really, the Prozac is part of the process. Okay. It blocks out. Mm-hmm. It blocks out the dark energy. Mm-hmm. The Prozac is a buffer and a protector. Oh, whoa. That's why it's called. Pro Zach. Really? T r o it pro texts me and it execs away the negativity.
So now, 
so, so it, so medicine is not necessarily 
bad? No, it's a double edge sword. Okay. Okay. Just like weed. It's how you define it. So as far as 
the being prosperous and successful mm-hmm. Is there anything in particular that you need to do? That she needs to do? 
Get happier. Get happier? They're eliminating the waste of all of the years and years and years of darkness that tried to consume me.
Just keep going through the elimination process. Happy Land Indians have it hard because people wanna suck our happiness out of us. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Like, like energy vampires. They really hate us. Oh yeah. They, and they can target us really well too. They can take us out. They can keep us out. Like Suki Suki Stack House Own True Blood.
They can smell that fairy blood smell. They can, they can spot you. Can't hide the light. It's the pure essence of a happy land. And they are rare. They're plentiful, but they're rare. You don't see a ferry every day, but. Do you believe in fairies? If you don't believe in fairies, you'll hate a happy landing.
If you are like religious. People hate, hate happy landings because happy landings are supremely spiritual. The more hard and shrewd and dogmatic and black and white a person mm-hmm. Is. That's how far they are away from Happy Land, but the more they relax, you cannot be hardhearted and shrewd and be a happy, happy landing glass breaks.
But at the same time, it's hard. It holds up happy Indians are. The glass of this world with the multi-facets faceted The crystal. 
Like the, like you were saying, the, 
yeah. The S word. Uh, are there happy landings 
you need to hear this, 
or parts of this? Yes. A lot of happy land Indians are hurt or suicidal, have committed suicide.
Robin Williams was a happy landing. Okay. Jim Carey is a happy landing. Uhhuh Damon weighing Uhhuh is a happy landing. Marlin, not Sean, not Keenan. We have been too influenced by what others say, and that is the biggest downfall of Happy Lands and why sometimes it's hard for them to get up. You have to just about cancel out the others.
You have to cancel out the others and be Samuel L. Jackson, like in your knowing that you are a happy landing and can't no body tell you any different. 
She wanted to know why. Why is she here and what is her mission in this lifetime 
to believe she is a happy land and she is not crazy. Everything fades in the light.
You don't go into a room and turn on darkness. You go into a room and you turn on the light. That's what Happy Lands do, but Happy Lands have to be so powerfully
sorely confident in their happiness. That that is the most important thing. How could she improve her psychic skills? Get happy. All of her clears. Mm-hmm. Will become clear when she is happy. And do you 
have a final message for her 
today? Happy Land is real. Her happiness. Her joy, her belief in the joy is the key, not just her, but all happy Indians.
Some have been completely deprived of joy, restricted, strangled, stripped of joy, but joy is the key. Bright colors, fruit, plenty of water. Bright light, sitting in the sun, looking at flowers, using your wonderful imagination, imagining or physically flying kites, balloons, every whimsical, favorite childhood game.
Everything that ever made you smile from playing tag to go fish to hide and seek. To riding bicycles, flying a Frisbee, making mud pies, playing with dolls, building Lego mansions, building sandcastles, walking on the beach. Everything nature related will take you into Happy Land. Smelling your favorite, favorite flower, wearing your favorite fragrance.
Soft sense, central sense, soft pillows, snugly blankets, all those things that bring peace, joy, tranquility, serenity, whi. That is your, Happy land and we'll direct you into the portals of your happy land. Find your happy place. You'll be in happy land. That's all. 
Thank you for that. And I was going to ask if you had a message for everyone, but I kind of feel like 
maybe that was it.
Just believe, just believe. Don't stop believing the moment you stop believing. It's almost like you exile yourself from Happy Land, euphoria. Call it where, whatever place you want, forges, happy Land, utopia, Zambia, wherever you call it. Marshmallow Island. Whatever name you have for your happy place, that is happy place and it is always beautiful and it is beautiful as each individual is and as specific as each fingerprint.
No one has the same fingerprint. No one's happy Land is exactly the same, but the key is you know how you feel when you are happy. The happier you are, the happier you are. The closer you are to happiness, the more woeful and broken and sad, depressed you are. That lets you know how far away from Happy Land you are.
Anger is tricky. Anger is tricky. Anger is a tricky emotion. It is. Can you, can you tell me more? Happy Lands internalized, so it takes a lot for them to get angry. So by the time a Happy land gets Ang angry, its buildup and it's usually an explosion of buildup. Anxiety, stress, fear, doubt, double thinking, backwards thinking, overthinking, questioning, doubting, lack of confidence.
It comes out as anger. Mm-hmm. And there is an explosion. And then they feel guilt and shame for the explosion only. Now they can understand it's elimination. It is a spiritual diuretic, so it's not the a thing that 
people have to feel 
bad for. The same way you eat food and you have to eliminate waste.
Likewise, even with good emotions, even with good food. You still have to eliminate the waste. Elimination is not bad. Elimination is what keeps you growing. All right. I think

This is a channeling with Archangel Gabriel about the negative energy that so many people are feeling right now. There is so much stress in the world, people are really feeling the negative energy and it is really working hard to bring people down, to keep them in fear and sadness and depression. In this channeling with Archangel Gabriel, we talk about the negative energy, how it affects people's lives by causing difficulties with finances, health, and other living situations, and how to cope with it. 
The Angels confirm that Meditation is the best way to remove the negative energy from your life. We talk about the best way to do that even if you are in a house or a situation that is negative or stressful. 
One message was that people on the earth are brave for even being here and need to know that they do have support and love from the Angels.
When AA Gabriel says to me, "He loves you", he is referring to my cat Coconut. Coconut was walking on Travis (my husband, who was channeling AA Gabriel) during the session.

At that point, AA Gabriel was talking about everything having consciousness and he was talking about an inanimate item. He was talking about the blanket that Travis had over him. He said for those who want to come and experience the earth but not go through pain, they can come and experience being an inanimate object (like a blanket) for a while. This gives them the ability to try out life on earth without suffering, and they can leave whenever they want. They don't have to die when they do that.

"Channeling Archangel Gabriel: A Message On Dealing With Negative Energy And Finances"

So if you have somebody that can give you financial help or something you need, but you know they will give you a hard time about it, don't worry about the hard time they may give you. Ask for the help and then use what you are given to get out of the situation you are in. If you have someone who can help you and you have no other alternative, just say, I really need this help right now. 
 
The stronger the negative energies are, the more you'll fight them. We know it is hard, but It's not going to be a long term thing for anyone. We just want everyone to believe in themselves. And it's always good to have people you can count on. Some people have people in their lives they can count on, but they don't really want to ask them for anything because they get all high and mighty on them. Yes, but the way we figure, even when those people do that, they still give you what you want, and you can work to use that help to better your situation so you don't have to ask again. 
 
The human brains cannot understand all of the things on the other side, they will not be able to understand everything until the person passes over.
 
Archangel Gabriel was in a session with Dolores Cannon, early in her career. He was was talking to her, and was trying to give her information. It was the beginning when she started and she said, it's too much, it's too much. So we (the Angels) said, okay, we'll just give you little bits at a time. That's how we have to do it with the human brain.
 
The way we live over here is very hard to explain on your plane sometimes because everybody, they get all this information and some of it right and some of it's not right. So it's very hard.
 
The only way people going to know everything is when they get over here with us again. You're not going to know everything down there because it's just too hard to give you all the information that's going to make sense to anyone down there.
 
(Regarding schizophrenia on the Earth): That's why it's not good for those people to be seen in public, because they will get taken away and it's not under their will. Some people actually do get better because the voices just stop and they see that the person is back to normal and they will let them back out.
 
It's unfortunate that these people are locked up on this planet. This is the only planet where this happens. On other planets, they just let them be. They just let them be.

Hello, this is Sarah with Quantum Healing with the Angels. Today's podcast is going to be a channeling with Archangel Gabriel. This is a channeling that we did last year. This is on finances and dealing with negative energy. And the reason I chose this one to share is because, Right now I know a lot of people who are having either financial issues or health issues.
It just lots of problems it seems like. It seems like people are really being pushed to their limits, and so these messages that we get are messages that. I can always go back and listen to and find things that will apply to my life right now. And this one, I was looking through what to share, uh, because we have to go out of town and we don't have time to have a guest on right now.
So I was looking through what to share and that kind of stood out because everyone I talked to is really having a hard time. So, Um, so I chose this one and we did talk about, uh, negative energy, how it affects people, and we talked about other things as well. Oh, there is a part in the, the, uh, recording where Travis, who is channeling, is making hand motions.

This is Gabriel. Hi Gabriel. He says he loves you. Coconut does. Yes. Oh, and he's happy that I'm here. Yeah. But he knows that I'm always here. Yeah. But as I was saying, the message I want to give out to everyone is, To keep pushing because the energy, the negative energy has really gotten heavy right now.
Mm-hmm. Yeah. They're doing everything to push people down by giving them less currency to do what they need to do to survive. So I want everyone to know that we are, we are helping them as much as we can mm-hmm. Without directly interfering. We want them to use their minds that source gave them. 
Yes. I've gotten that feeling lately that that is a big message to everyone.
Yes. To use our minds.
Also, yure just told me that he actually came through a little, but 
you mean just now? 
Yes. They're all here. Okay. But we want everyone to stay strong. We want to tell everyone to keep pushing you. Use your minds that we gave you, use your minds as source gave you to keep pushing, cuz everything will be fine.
Mm-hmm. We love everyone. 
Mm-hmm. I have a question for you. Mm-hmm. Somebody mentioned. That we are creators, which we are, and there's a discussion about whether it's important to set protection, uh, for negative energy. The idea behind that being that perhaps it is not necessary since we create our reality here, uh, thinking that perhaps.
One could create a reality in which there is or are no e negative energies. So I was curious about your thoughts on that. 
Yes, there is there. There is a way Uhhuh, it's there's, they already know the way Uhhuh and we pretty much just have to keep repeating it. And we know it's hard for people to understand, but meditating is the key.
Even when you have negative energy, sometimes it's hard for people to meditate because they're in environments where it's so much noise and negativity is very hard for 'em to meditate. Mm-hmm. So they, the best time to meditate when you are in that environment is ripe before you get ready to go to sleep.
Cause everybody would be cl quiet. So Yes. Right. When you lay down to go to sleep, you can definitely meditate then. Cause it's really quiet, you can just meditate. Mm-hmm. You may fall asleep. Mm-hmm. But what happens when you meditate, when you fall asleep, it takes you into a dream state and you end up astral traveling.
Mm-hmm. Yeah. And that's how we give you most of your information. And it might seem like a dream, but it's really not a dream. It's really mm-hmm. Us giving you your information you need. So if you get information from it, it is because you astro travel, then you are given the answer is, Yes. So those are the best time to meditate is when everyone is asleep.
But if you are in a environment where you have mostly quiet, then you can meditate at any time. Okay. And try to push away the negative energies. Try to silence your mind mm-hmm. If there's so much going on. Mm-hmm. Try to silence your mind and, and think about what you can do next. And the answers will come.
Yes, we know it'll be very hard, but the answers, they, they will come. The answers will come. Mm-hmm. 
Yes. Um, there are a lot of people who feel like they can't get in touch with their higher self or connect with their team. I know that for me, it just takes repetition. Mostly repetition, I think practice. Is there anything else you, yes, 
there is another way.
Oh, there are a lot of people that can't get in touch with, hire yourselves cause they're, the way they've been braised and taught, they, they, it's not real. Uhhuh. Another way to do it is to get a surrogate. Oh yes. Anyone that does sessions like these, if they have a surrogate that can bring out their higher cells for them, okay.
And they hear that. Once they hear their higher selves, they should be able to hear them all the time. Mm-hmm. So a surrogate would work once they hear their higher selves. That should trigger something in them. I see. And the higher self would be clearer to them and they would listen to them. A lot of people think.
They're talking to themselves, but it's really their higher selves. Mm-hmm. Yeah. There is something down there on other planets as wells, they call it schizophrenia. Oh, 
yes, yes. 
I had questions about that. Those people are not schizophrenic. They actually are beings that are actually taking on other beings.
Some of the other beings have passed away. Mm-hmm. Unfortunately, some people will try to call them, uh, what do you call it when somebody gets possessed, you call schizophrenic. Most of them are talking to the higher self. If it's just one person, Uhhuh. But if it's more than one person, they're actually taking on other people that passed away that has not came up here to the light.
Oh, and some of don't even know they have passed away Uhhuh. So they're actually strong enough to jump into somebody else's body uhhuh and control them. So those people are not. Crazy. Right. They're getting taken over Uhhuh by other Oh, I see. Other people that passed away. Unfortunately, some of the people that passed away were going through the same thing.
The person getting taken over is getting passed away. Mm-hmm. And they think they are still schizophrenia, but when they're passed away, they, they're not. Yeah. They are jumping into someone else and continuing what they went through. Oh, okay. Okay. It's very complicated sometimes. Yeah. 
Should they be on medication?
No. Okay, so then what can be done to help them? 
Unfortunately, on your planet, there is nothing that can be done. They, they, they can try to control it themselves. They can try to control it themselves, but. Sometimes it's very hard. 
What does the medicine do that is harm, you know, is more harmful than being off 
of it Because the medicine, they give them out.
It has harmful chemicals that they put into it. Yeah. To make people worse, the only medicine that works is the medicine they give them to calm them down. Mm-hmm. The calming one, the calming medicine is the good medicine. Okay. But they give them too much sometimes. Right. And usually when they put 'em into what you call a vegetation state mm-hmm.
They're literally just putting them almost like an instant

astral travel and they are actually peaceful there because mm-hmm. They're out with us just traveling around and Oh, I see. It's almost like they feel like they're with us, which they are actually. They're just mm-hmm. The body's not deceased yet, so they're still tied to the body, but they can still be with us.
Mm-hmm. And most of the time they'd rather just stay with us. Yeah. That's why sometimes, well, most of the times they have to put 'em in what you call those straight jackets because they don't want them to take their own lives. Mm-hmm. Cause they want to be with us so bad because they've been there with us and they just want to stay.
Yeah, and they just want to come back so bad. They would take their own lives, so they have to put 'em in those jackets. It is very complicated. That doesn't happen to everybody. It's just those people that are schizophrenics or already very special people. I was gonna ask why that happens and they just get taken over by other stronger beings that can just go into people's bodies and do that.
Uhhuh, yeah. Every being can do that, but. Most of 'em don't because it's almost like when they're in the little limbo they are when they pass away. Oh, okay. They're in between the living Uhhuh and the Passover. Yeah. So they have a little power still left of the living. Okay. So they can, so they can do that.
Uhhuh, all of 'em don't do that cuz they've, they still have their empathy and they will never do that to someone. They will come to their dreams sometimes to give messages and do it that way so that person can see their gifts and then, then they can have the gift of talking to people on the other side.
But unfortunately, some other ones gets taken over and they call 'em schizophrenics and they, and, and they, and they really hate it because Yeah, they hear these voices loud and clear and Right. Some people just don't tell anyone. They just stay away from people cause they don't wanna tell nobody they hear those voices cause they don't wanna get thrown right in with the straight Jackon stuff.
They just keep it quiet and just keep to themselves. I 
talked to a couple of people in the Awakening Group that I'm in and they mentioned that they were hearing. People talk to them or beings talk to them who were pretending to be you, but they were giving them really, uh, strange 
information. Yes. There are some that, there are some that pretend to be us.
Mm-hmm. The only ones that recognize can recognize that are people like you are there impacts that, feel people that are the light and do what you do. Oh. And they really know how the light works. Mm-hmm. Knows when they're being fooled. Because they know when they hear anything negative, they know it's not us, cuz we do not speak negative.
Right. Yeah. The negative energies can fool people. The only people they can fool are the ones that don't truly believe in anything, meditation, anything. They're, they will just brought up by basic religions and they don't believe in anything but that. Mm-hmm. Those people are the easiest ones to fool. Yeah.
Because they're thinking they're getting possessed of something and it scares 'em. Right. But people like you and other people that do what you do know better. Mm-hmm. So they know if they hear anything negative, they know it's not us. Yeah. So anyone out there, if you're trying to believe in meditation and the light and these kind of things, I'll tell you, it's very easy if anything comes in your head that's negative.
It is not us. It is not us. Mm-hmm. 
I talked to one lady who went on medication because of that, and she said it. It was helping to quiet those 
voices. Yes. And actually that was that, that right there, Uhhuh was the good medicine. Oh, okay. Cause when it quiets the voices, It clears your mind and that's when you can meditate better and you hear, hear the real voices.
Mm-hmm. You're not being taken over anymore. Okay. If you hear voices and they're telling you good things mm-hmm. It's us. It's gotta be good. It can't be anything like somebody's trying to tell you to do something to somebody else. Right. That's negative. Or do anything that's not good. Right. Right. Or that'll put you in a place where it wouldn't get you in trouble.
Mm-hmm. Anything. Anything. Cause we would not tell you to do anything towards anyone unless it's something nice like Right. Giving them a hug or something. Uhhuh. But doing anything that might affect the other person in a negative way, that's not us. Yes. 
You've never told me anything negative, ever. Yeah.
It's always positive and always full of light. 
It will always be that way. Yeah. We just want everyone to know that. 
Do you have a name for that medication? I, is it the, um, when you say the calming, the calming that you said calming type? 
Yes. We, we do not know what they call it. Okay. 
But it's the more calming one, not.
Not say an antidepressant. It's 
the one, it's the one that put them in a vegetative state. Yes. It just makes them eyes go in the back of their heads and mm-hmm. That one, it looks like it's not good, but it's only good for when the person is really, really frantic. Yeah. Okay. And it just puts them in a state where they just.
They really are putting them to sleep. Which is only just to rest. Yeah. Yeah. 
Is this a, like a sole contract, a a thing they, uh, decide before they 
come here? Yes, it is. Yeah. Some people can control it though. Okay. Like, um, I, I, I can't give you names, but there are some people that can actually. Channel like that.
It it is, it is like a different kind of channeling. Oh, so schizophrenic. So not they're actually channeling people. Oh. Because the people can go into them, but I understand they're pretty much channeling anyone. Yeah. So they can be channeling someone that's crazy and the person that's talking through them is actually just saying stuff and might not even be talking.
Mm-hmm. To you, they're just talking. They could be walking down the street and. People just think they're talking to themselves, but the person that's talking through them is actually talking. Mm-hmm. To the person that they just took over. So, wow. If someone's going down the street and saying, I hate you, leave me alone, and they're not even looking at you.
Mm-hmm. That could be the person they took over, yelling back at the person that took them over. That is very confusing. Yes. And that's why it's not good for them to be seen in public cuz they will get Yeah. Taken away. Yeah. Under and it's not under their will. Yeah. And nobody really stays in those places.
Some people actually do get better because mm-hmm. The voices just stop and Hmm. They see that the person's back to normal and they will be let back out. So it's, it's, it's. Unfortunate. Yeah, it does that. That only happens on this planet though. Cause on other planets, there are people that go through that on different planets, but they just let them be and they don't get thrown into anything like they do here on this planet.
They just, Hmm. Let them be. Nobody questions them. They just let them be. Yeah. I 
learned, this is a, I mean, I knew it, but my client, who just channeled source, talked a lot about how hard this planet is. 
Yes. It's very how challenging. It's a very hard planet. They, you know, everyone that's on this planet, you know, they wanted to come down here Uhhuh.
There's a lot that would never come down here. Yeah. So the people that are down here are very brave people. Yeah. Pretty much everyone on this planet. It's very brave. It's a brave, brave, brave soul. Mm-hmm. Because, It's like volunteering to go to war or something. Wow. You're a very brave soul. So I'm telling everyone, everyone that can hear this, you are a very brave soul.
Cause you volunteered to come down here. Mm-hmm. 
I know a lot of people are very sad and wondering, like, how did I decide to do this? You know, I, I never would 
decide to do this. Yes. E e, exactly. When, when you up there? Before you come down, you already know you're gonna regret it when you get here. Really?
So you already know what you're gonna say when you get here, but you don't remember really? You don't remember that you, because when you get here, you don't remember anything from where we are. Yeah. Yeah. When you get down there or any other planet, you don't remember what you were, you just, you just know what you are at the moment.
Mm-hmm. So you know, if something happens, you get hurt. Mm-hmm. 
May I ask what you're doing? Talking. Talking to Coco. Oh, Coco talking. He's sitting on you. You're 
talking to me. He came through a little bit. 
Did. 
What did he say? He just laughed. He did. He came into his body and laughed. Does he have 
anything to say today?
He's just excited. I said I am here. He likes Oh yeah, he likes that we, he can hear us through other people's bodies cuz they hear us all the time. But when they actually see it come through, yeah. They just like to see it. They love to see it. Pets are very, very special. You know that. Oh yes. I 
see. Our other cat is watching this.
Intently intently by the door. 
They know everything. They actually know. He knows. I can hear it in the background. Yes. There's a machine. Yes. They know when that machine's gonna come off before it even comes off. They they do, yes. The one 
that's on the battery, the, their feeder? Yes. Wow. They know before. Yes.
How do they know that? They just know 
they, they have good memories. They, they, They remember time. Ah, yeah. Yeah. So they know when, something like that, when they used to uhhuh. So they, you know, they go check it out and then they like, oh, okay. You know, they're very smart. They, they certainly seem to, animals are very smart now.
Do 
they? I've heard that we are all the same. I, you've, mm-hmm. You know, you've all told me that. And I know that you mean that we're equal. Mm-hmm. Are they just like us on the other 
side? Yes. Like, do they talk? They, they, they, they are, we we're all the same. Uhhuh like, you know, it's the, what you call the reincarnation thing.
You can be run, you can be reincarnated any way you want. So even the animals, even the animals that came down here, they're the brave souls. Also, anything that comes down here, It's a brave soul. You can come coco, everything, everything on your planet has a conscience. This, this mm-hmm. Has a conscience. Yes.
This, it's crazy. But it's true. It's, it's a thing to you. Yeah. But this has a soul also. That's amazing. And the thing about these things though, because these things can't really. Die. Yes, sir. You could come and be this Uhhuh even just for a little bit. So this is, oh, okay. This is what we call in our domain.
Mm-hmm. This is like a, a, a free pass test. It's like really this, like, do you wanna go to Earth? They say, yeah, but I don't want to go down there and die. Right. It's like, okay. What if you went down as trauma? Maybe a rock. Yeah. You wanna go down as a rock? It's like, yeah. They say, okay, if you go down as a rock, you literally won't I see Daddy?
You won't. You probably won't. Daddy see, you'll see stuff Uhhuh. You won't be able to interact with 'em. They'll Right. They'll just walk over you or something. But you actually see it. And that's the one thing you, you could be without dying or uhhuh anything or having trauma. Yeah. And they, and, and when they come back as.
Anything like this. Mm-hmm. They can come back to us anytime they want. So it's like a, it is like a free pass to earth. That's why we say anything living is the brain. Brave souls. Because when you're living, you gonna feel pain and stuff. Right. When you're like a blanket and stuff, you feel stuff. Yeah. But these things don't have.
N. Nerves or, but it has a consciousness. 
It has a consciousness. Amazing. It. That is what source told us though. Yes. That everything has consciousness. 
Yes. Everything. Yes. Yeah. So this is like, this is like the free pass thing. So you can naturally come to earth and you can, you can, you can, you can feel something in a different way cuz you don't have nerves, but you can, yeah.
I feel it a little bit. 
I've heard of people, uh, having sessions where they are, things like that. Yes. Yeah. 
Mm-hmm. So that's why living things like you and animals mm-hmm. They are the brave souls because they feel pain and they can actually hurt and die. Of course, once you die, you don't feel the pain anymore.
Mm-hmm. But you will feel it. So you are the brave souls. 
Um, Yeah. I have a, just a personal question. My regression this week, I saw coconut as an owl, I think, or a bird. 
He was, he was a bird in another life, a bird in that 
life with me, or was it a 
different life in that, in that life? He was your, your, your pet.
Now he was He was a bird. He was a bird, yes. Okay. Yes. That's what I, and then, and then, and then, mm-hmm. How many other pets you had in that life. He just, ah, he just kept coming into different pets. Mm-hmm. Whatever pet you got, that's who he was. Now, 
this will lead to questions, uh, because Dolores Canon brought so much information mm-hmm.
Through, but I don't think she brought that information. In particular through, she probably would have mm-hmm. If she had continued here. Yes. Um, so I am curious about that. Uh, you know, many people love and adore her, and I, uh, I love hall of her books, but mm-hmm. There must be more to explore. 
Yes. Oh, yes.
There's, yes, there's plenty of more. So that shouldn't be where we stop, right? Oh, no. There's our, our, our, our, the way we live over here is very, It's very hard to explain. Yeah. On, on your plane sometimes. Cause everybody, they get all, they get all this information. Mm-hmm. And some of it Right. And some of it's not.
Right. Mm-hmm. So it's very hard. The only way people gonna know anything is when they get over here with us. Right. The whole all of it. Yeah. So, I hate to tell you, but you're not gonna know everything down there because it's just too hard mm-hmm. To give you all the information. This is gonna make sense to anyone down there.
Honestly. I'm okay. 
I'm okay with that. I don't think my brain could hold it all. I think 
Well, that's the thing, the human, the human, the human brains, um, cannot. Yes. I think, um, I was in one of her sessions when I was talking to her mm-hmm. And I was trying to give her information, I guess it was the beginning when she started and, and, and I was trying to give her information.
And she couldn't hold it all. She says it's too much. Yeah. She says Too much. Yeah. I said, okay, we'll just give you like little bits. Yes. At a time. That's what she said. That's the way, that's how we had to do it with the human brain. Uh, um, on other planets, people are smarter, uh, not to sound bad, but they're, it's okay.
Their brains are different. Your brain has a right hemisphere and, and, and a left hemisphere. Oh, yes. Um, I'm most other, uh, beings on another planet is they have just one whole brain. Uhhuh. 
Yes. Is that like the show that we watched on, uh, Gaia where they said they did not have hemispheres? I 
think, I think, I think you did watch a show like that, but they, yeah, they have on another planet, they have one brain.
Mm-hmm. One whole brain. That's why they can do. Uh, they can fly. They can mm-hmm. Make stuff move around. They, they're super, super intelligent because mm-hmm. They were taught differently than, than you down there. Yeah. Um, they, the, the reason why they can fly is because they were taught that they could fly and just like birds.
Mm-hmm. Or being taught to fly. They have wings, but you can also fly without wings if you were taught that humans Yes. Can actually levitate. Mm-hmm. But since they were taught they couldn't do that, they don't believe it. So they won't do it. 
Does the, now what source told us was that because the collective does not believe that.
Mm. That's kind of how it is. But can we still transcend that and, and levitate? Oh, yeah. 
That's what we can, and anyone can, if they, if they really, really believe they can. Yeah. Uh, they, they really can. Your brains are equipped to do that. Okay. But the, in order to levitate. You have to know you can levitate.
Right. You can't think Right. You can levitate. Right. You literally have to know you, you can levitate. Mm-hmm. And you'll be able to do it very easily, but unfortunately, uh, on your planet, since you were raised and taught mm-hmm. That that stuff is fiction and it's not real. Mm-hmm. You can't do it. 
Yes. I remember when I was young.
Someone telling me that magic was not real and I was so upset. I was very sad. Yes. Because I believed it was 
real. Yes. It's, it was, unfortunately, that's the way I say it was the way you was brought up. Yeah. Cause you have fictional characters, Uhhuh, that you thought were real when you were little. Yeah.
And you found out they weren't real. Yeah. And when you do stuff like that to people, it kills all of their Yeah. Belief in. Pretty much anything and it just uhhuh keeps 'em in the trap. What you call Yes, the matrix. 
That was in second grade and it was actually another, just a classmate who told me. So they must have been told by their parents or somebody.
Mm-hmm. But yeah, I was so discouraged to to 
hear that, yes, that's what happens when people are taught. Mm-hmm. Certain things and they. It tend not to be true. Yes. That planet is very, it's a challenge. Unfortunate, 
but I noticed lately I feel, uh, happiness in spite of all of the things here that are so hard.
Yes. I feel 
joy. The harder they are, the more you're fighting. Mm-hmm. And it's not gonna be a long term thing for anyone. Mm-hmm. We just want everyone to believe. Okay. Yeah. What they have to do. And it's, it's always good to have people you can count on. Mm-hmm. Some people, some people have people in their lives they can count on, but they mm-hmm.
They don't really want to ask 'em for anything cuz they get all high mighty on them, bro. Oh yes. But we, the way we figure, even when those people do that, they still give you what you want, Uhhuh. Mm-hmm. So it's almost like if that's the case, if you have somebody that can give you something, you know, they're gonna rag you on it.
Mm-hmm. If you really need it, don't worry about the ragging on part uhhuh, just worry about what you need and take Yeah. What you need from them. Use it for what you need it for because the person that was ragging on you will get over it sooner or later. Right, right. So just kind of blow it off and just say, you know what, I really need this right now.
Mm-hmm. So I'm gonna have to ask this person for something. And are you just use it to, to survive and Uhhuh use it to. Make better ideas so you don't have to ask them no more for anything. Right. Um, cuz you're kind of blessed to have someone that can give you, give you what you need. Mm-hmm. Even if they're not very nice about it, happy or good people.
Mm-hmm. Yeah. If you know, you can ask 'em, just ask 'em anyway and get what you need and then use what you need to just maybe. Get what you need and get away from them when you don't have to ask 'em for 'em no more. Mm-hmm. But you have to survive down there that way. Unfortunately, sometimes we do give little breadcrumbs, like we, we do it in a way where it doesn't seem like we did it cuz you have free will down there.
We can't, it's almost like a rule here. We can't just give people anything cuz it's kind of like, Cheating. Mm-hmm. Um, like if you don't have any currency, we can't just make a million dollars pop in your bank account cuz mm-hmm We can. But it's almost like it's not really getting you where you need to be.
It's almost like we want you to get it. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yourself. Yeah. That's why cuz if we did do that, then you wouldn't have any homeless people where you are. Right. There shouldn't be any homeless people where you are, honestly. But unfortunately, The way things are ran down there. Mm-hmm. They're ran to keep people like that.
Unfortunately, we don't like, we don't like that. But no, it won't be like that forever. We do know that, so that's a good thing. But like of course we can't tell you when that's gonna be, but it's not gonna be like that forever, so. Mm-hmm. The way, the way you have it set up down at, uh, um, you call 'em weeks or days, uhhuh, it's always best to, um, We all, we always, we always see just by looking since this work thing started down there, like the work week thing started on your planet.
We see. Ah-huh. 
Oh yeah. 
Who started? Nothing really. Um, the, 
nobody ever asks that. Who started the work week? 
It was the, you call them the Yes. That started. That, that started the trap. Because if you think about it, kings and queens mm-hmm. They don't, they're so rich. They don't have weekdays. Cause they're Right.
They work. They, they just, they just have money and they can do anything they want. So they don't even know what day of the week it is. Much time people, they put built this trap mm-hmm. For people to work. To make money from other people that's got more money. Mm-hmm. But they also designed, they also designed it, they're real sneaky about it.
They, they designed it for people to work to make money, which they, it really didn't have to be that way because they could have literally gave everyone the same amount of money and everybody be living the same mm-hmm. The same way. Mm-hmm. They did like little pieces at a time. Yeah, I bet. But they also made it where people that work can make their own businesses and get rich as well.
So that's, that's how they did it. They, they say, okay, well it's not necessarily our fault that we created a work thing. Mm-hmm. But same, it, it is, it is. Mm-hmm. Because it didn't have to be that way. Right. So they say, okay, we'll make it so they can, you know, make their own business and get rich too. Yeah.
And they, they don't, so that it's almost like, okay, well you don't have to be like that. If you smart enough to make your own business and make a lot of money, then you won't be poor. So that's their excuse. Okay. And every, and everybody can't do that. Like a lot of people don't know how to do that no matter what.
They're just mm-hmm. They just know how to work and make money. Right. So that, that's how they try to, that's the little trap to say, okay, well, you don't have to be that way. You can make your own business and make money and mm-hmm. No, no, this, it should not. The whole system is not supposed to be the way it is.
Mm-hmm. It just, That's why we, we say when when the wave and the flash, whatever you want to call it comes mm-hmm. All of that will, will not matter cuz everybody will have the same thing. Mm-hmm. Nobody will have no more than nobody else and everybody will be happy. Yeah. From what they got. Yeah. Nobody's gonna have nothing no better.
No better than anybody else. Mm-hmm And when that happens, you won't have any more negativity cuz nobody's gonna be jealous of somebody else. Right. Cause somebody has this. Everybody gonna have the same thing and be happy. And that just blows people's minds when we tell 'em that because they're like, mainly cuz you know, they, they've been brought up since birth to do what you're doing now.
You don't know anything else Uhhuh, you just can't see it. But they what they, if they really, really think about it, that's the way we're living up here. Everybody got the same thing? Yes. Up here you can create anything you want, which is good because. Anybody can create whatever they want. So if somebody creates a big old house and somebody makes something bigger, then somebody can make it bigger.
So it's like everybody just makes the same thing. Mm-hmm. Nobody's gonna have nothing, nobody else. Cuz they can create anything they want. Mm-hmm. So it's like nobody's gonna have nothing. Right. Right. You can make anything up there. Yeah. Nobody's gonna have nothing, nobody else can have up here because, cuz you can make it.
That is, um, the message we have. Mm-hmm. For everyone today to stay positive and, okay. Try to, Keep the negative injuries away from you and then everything will be okay. Be okay.

Join us for episode 3 in our Quantum Healing with the Angels series where Sarah is bringing listeners a channeling (through her husband Travis) with a being names Zartan. Zartan is an extraterrestrial being from a planet around Aquarius. 
Zartan tells us that the powers on our earth are planning a fake alien invasion in order to create a new global government. The powers that be are going to try to crash the economy and make a global government but benevolent extraterrestrials are going to intercept the plan. 
Summary/Abstract
Zartan is from a distant planet around Aquarius, named Barkhan. He is on a ship orbiting the planet Earth. He has been brought here to intercept a plan created by the powers that be to create a global government by using fear tactics. Zartan is a parallel life to Travis, and he gave Travis his channeling gift. Zartan is orbiting the earth in his ship. His ship is cloaked. His people sometimes bring probes to observe our planet. He is going to help to intercept and stop the fake alien invasion. Zartan is allowed to intervene because the powers that be are planning on using destructive means that would affect the planet earth but other planets as well.
In this conversation, this extraterrestrial being discusses how this intervention will help bring about a new peace and harmony amongst the people. The disclosure event and the realization that ET beings exist will dissolve the greed and inequality on the earth, which has been caused by money.
This being and other ET beings plan to reveal themselves to the people of Earth in order to show them that they are real and to demonstrate the peaceful intentions of the extraterrestrials. He discusses the potential for the people of Earth to travel to other planets in the future.
There are secret bases on Earth and other planets in the solar system that the government does not want people to know about. This is because they want to keep people trapped in their system and have total control. However, this control is beginning to wane, and it is expected to be solved sometime in the year 2026 or sooner, because the people of earth are tired of struggling and the negative energy has become too strong. 
Bigfoot beings are mentioned as existing on Earth, and they have the technology to go into different dimensions. They are also strong allies if befriended, and can teach telepathy and sign language to humans. Bartering is discussed as a way to live without the use of money. Money is not used on other planets. It is a form of slavery. 
This conversation also covers that the majority of people on Earth are trapped in the Matrix and the government is trying to keep them there. They rely on the food that is made for them and it is almost impossible for them to break free from the Matrix. The government is afraid of their secrets being revealed. This will lead to global anger when the secrets that will come out. Once the control is over, everything will be better. The government will become a free government, and everyone will be happy. There will be no crime. The powers that be have a plan to leave at that point to use the same control tactics on another planet. They have the technology to travel to other planets now. We have had the technology to travel in this way since the 1940s but it has been kept a secret in order for those in power to keep making money from oil.

Highlights
-It is very complex on your planet. The only reason why they have been able to keep this life the way it is for so long is because of their barter system. They like to take humans away. Some of the humans they take away are from countries that do care about their people, but if someone comes up missing, they will not go looking for them. 
-If you do not have weapons, the Bigfoot will not harm you. If they know you are not afraid of them, you can talk to them. They are the strongest allies you could have on your side. If you befriend a Bigfoot family, you will be protected for the rest of your life. If the Bigfoot sees that you are not a threat to them, they will teach you how to do telepathy and will even bring you food if you don't know how to hunt. They will barter with you. Bartering is the best way to learn how to live together. 
-They make things on tv and in books to scramble and confuse our minds. However, almost 65% of the people on your planet are not fully in the Matrix. You are still trapped in the Matrix, but you will not be trapped for very much longer because we are going to break that Matrix.
-That is why they are almost afraid to do their fake invasion, because they know that once they do the fake invasion, everything will collapse and they will have to figure out a way to make a new global government to control. But they also know that will be very hard because once everything collapses, that will open up everyone's minds, and everyone will be angry, because they will know all of the secrets that your government has been hiding, and that they could have been living easier a long time ago. 
-The Men in Black are not soul beings. They don't have souls because they're basically like robots, but, they have some biological energy in them. They have some human DNA in them. 
-Everything is planned by us before we incarnate. Even the children and people who come up missing knew that that was going to happen to them before they came down there. Everything is planned by us in the Light before we take on a body. So that is the way we try to ease people's minds; by reminding them that they planned their lives, and of the Flash Event that is coming.
-I am a being on this ship. I do not live in a spiritual realm, because I am a physical being incarnated into a body. I have a little bit more power than humans, but I am still a physical being. We are taught the truth of who we are. We are able to astral travel, we speak telepathically, we do not need to eat food. We gain our physical energy directly from crystals. We talk to the same Archangels that you talk to.

Past Life Regression with Edmund, The Duke of York

"Explore The Life Of Duke Edmund In Middle Ages England"
This podcast introduces Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy and welcomes the audience to a unique session that involves channeling with the Archangels and a past life regression. The session begins with a struggle to push away negative energies that were trying to keep Archangel Metatron from speaking.
After the energies were pushed away, Metatron gives Travis (who is in hypnosis/trance) the memories of his past life. He goes immediately to that life.
Sarah talks to the being in that life in order to get information about who he is/was. The speaker is revealed to be a Duke in England in the late Middle Ages named Edmund. Edmund is describing a castle that he sees, saying that it is big and that there is a bridge going across some dirty water. He realizes that it is his castle and that he is royalty.
He is wearing a dark red robe with white trim, greenish pants and a gray shirt with a lot of jewelry. He has a black hat on his head. Someone in that scene calls him Sir Edmund. He says that he is in the castle with a lot of people, and there is a woman beside them who he recognizes as his wife. He said it seems to be his birthday. He looks at his wife and discovers that she is also his wife in the future, Sarah, who is the practitioner conducting the past life regression. He asks his wife questions about who he is and where he lives and she says he is "The Duke of York, Sir Edmund". She is laughing at him for asking such a question. She asks him why he is acting so strangely. Edmund goes to his quarters to be able to focus on the voice in his head asking him questions.
Edmund is confused by the situation and is asking questions. Sarah explains that she is from the future and that she is trying to learn more about his life. We learn about his life, what he does day to day, and other information pertinent to his life. Edmund is the son of King Edward. It is the year 1332 in the future, he is having a birthday party. The party consists of eating food, drinking ale, and listening to English music. Edmund is fascinated by the conversation and the person's life in the future. Sarah asks him what he does for fun and he says that he likes to hunt ducks and wild boar. He mentions that he has a memory problem due to a blow to the head earlier in life. The royal family does not tell anyone about his memory problems. Edmund says they are concerned about going to war and that he has a lieutenant.
Sarah moves him forward to another important day in that life, and we find Edmund in battle. He is fighting in battle. He says guns have recently been invented but they still fight with swords. He is sword fighting as he speaks. Suddenly he is stabbed in the heart. Sarah asks him what happens after that. He says he is floating. She asks him to tell her what happens as he floats upwards. He floats out of his body and into the light.
In the light, Edmund continues to talk about what is happening. He explains what the beings look like and what happens after death and the light that exists beyond the physical world. He is very excited and happy and says that that he could not be more amazed by what is happening. 
The past life regression ends with Metatron coming back in to speak and with Sarah asking him a few questions. He explains how important the session's message is and says that the negative energies are still trying to disrupt the session. As he is speaking, he is cut off (the recording shut off). Sarah explains what happened and that Travis has just come out of Trance and that they are going to review the recording. Travis has no memories of this session.

Edmund (through Travis)  45:24  In the year. 13.. I think it was 1341 I think, I think I think it was 1341 when I died, but it feels like it just happened. But it happened a long time ago. And I'm talking to my wife.
Sarah Webb  45:47  I just left. It feels like I just left her. But it wasn't. It was a long time ago. But there's no time here. It almost feels like it just happened. But it didn't it happened a long time ago. From your time on Earth. This is INCREDIBLE!

And yeah, sounds like everything that happened in that life was the death, honestly, the marriage and the death. Most of the marriages then were basically all the same. Very royal, everyone did the same thing. They actually still do it the same way in your time. So they never really looked that different. His life was pretty simple because he had everything, everything was given to him, and his children, he raised his children so his life was fairly boring, because he had everything. So there's really nothing else to tell about that life, actually, that's why he wanted to come back in this new life, because he wanted everything to be harder,

Edmund (through Travis)  48:12  But he will get his reward, before. He will get more riches. And it will be soon. That's what I can tell you.
Most of it has something to do what you're doing right now. And there is another thing that you and him are doing. And now that I'm here in the light, it sounds like they say, photographs. I know what photographs are now, I would have had no idea what that was on my earthly life. But now I know what that is.

Edmund (through Travis)  49:14  But it takes photographs. He actually just gave me every device that use for photographs all at once. So now I know everything that you use for photographs up to this time. They're very weird looking.

Sarah Webb  49:36  So you can learn that quickly in that in that place. In the light.
Edmund (through Travis)  49:41  Once you pass over you know everything. Wow. You have no fear you have no fear of anything. You know everything. When you're, on earth, you're an earthly being so you are scared of everything. Yes, You are taught certain things. In fact now that I just realized it that all religion down there was pretty much made up. Yes, yes. They still practice it now in your time. That is incredible. I know I would never have known that would last that long. I know the most thing that everyone only has to know about is the Light. There is no hell. l was taught down there about a hell. Now that I'm up here, there's no hell.

Edmund (through Travis)  50:41  Unfortunately, it's gonna take a lot of people to learn. There's no hell yeah. The thing about being in the Light, you don't even get upset up here. I am not even upset that everything that I was taught down there, was a complete lie. Now that I'm here, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter here.
Sarah Webb  51:05  So why do we do these lives? Sometimes we think that we are crazy for coming here. And doing this, especially when we make it a hard life.
Edmund (through Travis)  51:17  I just learned really quick when I got here. Okay. that's the main reason why we go back down back is because of the war. There is a war against negative energy. Yes, yes. Yes. The light is an energy, and there's also a negative energy. The light is stronger than the negative energy. The negative energy is mostly just a nuisance. Yes. It is a nuisance, especially for people on Earth. People on Earth fight negative energy every day. Yes, everyone does.
Sarah Webb  51:56  Now, why is the negative energy? Did you have a sense of why it is there? Or it? I think they said that it has always been there. I don't understand that though.

Edmund (through Travis)  52:19  I know it sounds really ordinary when I say this, but the Source wanted to have something to go against. It sounds. It might make you laugh when I say this, But the Source did not want to be bored. Everything that came from the Source was a light. He was everywhere. Everywhere was good. Everywhere was good. So since the Source is everything, the Source says, well, how about if I make something that's not so happy, just to see  what happens? He knew when he made it, he can destroy it right away.

What you're doing now with this session and other sessions is really giving people information on how to fight the negative energy. It's going to lose regardless, but it's gonna be really really fun defeating the negative energy when the Flash comes. HAHA!

Edmund (through Travis)  54:05  It was actually trying at the beginning of this session. They were messing with this beings vocal cords he kept coughing. They kept pulling up in his vocal cords so he could not speak. They turn up the music around you so they can hear it on the microphones. So you could not use this session. Yes. Fortunately, Metatron cut out the music? Oh, wow. That's why you do not hear the music right now.
Sarah Webb  54:35  Yes, I was hearing dogs barking next door and the music. Yes. Yes. They were really trying to mess...
Edmund (through Travis)  54:44  the dogs are actually still barking right now. Oh. Those dogs are light beings and they just doing what dogs do. Their energies is not having an effect on the dogs. Those beings just do that.
Sarah Webb  54:59  So um, let's see. So what can we tell people about... people really want to know about the light, they're starting to wake up and become aware, just like we woke up and became aware that this was going to happen. We didn't know this in our earlier lives. Sometimes people ask us that and

Everyone will believe sooner or later. People on your planet thinks it is hard to believe in these kinds of sessions mainly because there is so much fake things in your media. But there are actually a lot of people that do believe in it and it's actually growing. So keep doing it. It does not matter who doesn't believe it because eventually they will believe it sooner or later. 
Sarah Webb  57:35  Why does it help to have more people believe it if it's going to happen regardless?
Archangel Metatron  57:41  The more people that believe that the more helpers we will have when the light comes because there are going to be people yes gonna be panicking when the flash and the wave comes. The more numbers we can have to key in and ease people's emotion when the light comes, the better. Okay.
Sarah Webb  58:04  So we're going to help help people ease into the the people that maybe get scared when it happens?
Archangel Metatron  58:11  Exactly. What most people need to know. You are in a spiritual army, your soldier. Your husband is a soldier. Anyone who does this kind of stuff and believes in the light. Meditation, grounding. giving other people Light who are soldiers for the Light. You are soldiers. Everything you are doing is good. Everything you are doing is good. It is gonna take a while for a lot of people to understand. It doesn't matter you do not have to reach all of them. But the more you reach, the more soldiers we will have to help when the Flash comes. See somebody that is having a hard time and you will be able to calm them and you will be able to calm them. It will only take a few seconds. You only have to say
Light is in you. You are Light. Those will be the words you say to somebody panicking, and they be okay. Automatically. It might seem like they won't be but they will be. It sounds simple because it is simple.
Speaker 1  59:45  Yes, you always tell me that, simple. So they will be maybe scared because they will see everything? they'll see you and everyone...?
Archangel Metatron  59:57  They will see a lot of things they're not used to. It will be everything brightened up, and they’re not used to so much brightness. Everything will turn good. The Flash, you will not see anything blowing up or exploding. It'll just be brightness and Light everywhere. And that will freak some people out. Because they're so used to seeing negative energy all around them they won't be used to. They will think they automatically died. They think it'll be dead, but they will not be dead. They will they automatically went to heaven just like that. Here is where we are in the Light. Here will look like down there. When the Flash comes you will see what we see here, it will be all Light. Some people will panic, mainly because they're still alive. That's why they panic. The people that believe in the Light will not panic, because they will recognize it automatically turn into brighter beings. So people that panic will need help. Okay. Those people will be sent to another place where they can learn to accept the Light, and then they will be okay. The place they go to will be light also, they're not going to a negative place. The people that are light beings on earth will stay on Earth but Earth will be on a different dimension. It'll be a nicer dimension.

Archangel Metatron  1:01:42  Your bodies will be different. Okay, they will not be solid anymore. That's the thing about what's coming because it will turn everything into a different dimension. Yes. The thing that is fortunate on your planet are your animals. Your animals are already light. They're just physical form. When the flash hits, they will already recognize it. And they will be okay. Because they know.

That's why people have pets. Animals are the one that gives them light. That's why they love them. Yes, animals are light on your planet. Even the ones that you use for food. Every animal is a light even the ones that try to kill you are light, every animal on your planet is light.

Sarah Webb  1:03:00  I was reading last night online and I noticed so many people waking up but did not know this, you know, do not know these things.
Archangel Metatron  1:03:10  And when the Flash comes no one will have to eat anymore. So everything on the planet will stay on the planet nothing will die nothing will happen to die. It will all be over.
Sarah Webb  1:03:25  So how does that work? How will how will it be? Will we be in a body? That is a light body? Or, will we be like the balls of light? Or what will it be like?

Archangel Metatron  1:03:38  When the flash comes, every one will be light but you will still see a physical form.
Sarah Webb  1:03:46  So it's not like going back up there exactly. Or is it?
Archangel Metatron  1:03:52  Yes, down here on this planet. This planet Earth and other planets when the Light comes because the Flash will be coming on other planets as well. You will see each each other like what you see each other when you were under but you will have light in you. The light will show up in your head area, your chest area and your lower area. You will have three lights. What is your chakra which you can access now if you like. Which chakra is that? The main chakra is the one that will be centered in your heart area.
Sarah Webb  1:04:35  Okay. There's something about crystalline bodies - is that true?
Archangel Metatron  1:04:40  That's what your bodies will look like when the Flash comes. Wow it will look like flashing crystal, three main crystals and the rest of your body will look like the shiny crystal. When you pass over You can take that that way as well. But most of everyone just stays one ball of light.
Sarah Webb  1:05:09  Is it the fifth dimension? As people call it, 5-d?
Archangel Metatron  1:05:13  That's what they call it down there. But up here where we are, there is no dimension, so, 
Sarah Webb  1:05:23  Tell me more about that. 
Archangel Metatron  1:05:26  When it turns into the fifth dimension, everyone will live forever. So it'd be like being up here, War II are close to source. But it'll be down there in the fifth dimension, but nobody will ever die. The good thing about being in the so called fifth dimension is you will be able to travel back and forth from here, why am back to the fifth dimension?
Sarah Webb  1:05:55  That's what I was going to ask you. If we could go where you were.
Archangel Metatron  1:05:59  The only way you could do that now is when you meditate or what you call astral travel.
Sarah Webb  1:06:07  Oh, okay.
Archangel Metatron  1:06:09  Fifth Dimension, you will be able to do it easily. You will not have to meditate. You. Okay? Go and do it. You can just do it. You wouldn't have to concentrate and meditate, like, down there right now.

Archangel Metatron  1:06:31  It is okay for anyone to astral travel, but they don't have to. Yeah, anyone can do it. But it's up to them to decide if they can do it. Okay.

Archangel Michael/Travis Webb  1:06:53  Those are not real. The fifth dimension is not real.

Archangel Metatron  1:07:13  No, there is no hierarchy? There is no different levels here. Everyone? Same here. Yeah, there is different dimensions. The reason why they call that the fifth dimension is because they just call it that.

Archangel Metatron  1:10:17  that is the only rule up here. I see as when something going to happen. source says long is he does not tell you when something's going to happen, then you do not have to worry about it. Not want to put that burden on any of the so called Ark angels like me or anyone else? Because they won't know because he did not tell us. Okay, so he knows. And while I'm speaking about him, he also talks to us all the time, he actually told me not to give his big agenda. I said he, the reason why I said oh, yes, my voice is coming out of this earthly body, this body is connected to me. And this earthly body, here is some of this conversation, he goes in and out. So he actually can influence some things as far as earthly things sometimes, but it does not change the truth of what I say. What I am saying is is trying to make it easier for everyone on Earth to understand. So when I say source, and I said key, that was easier for everybody to understand. I actually said she also like the reason why I should not say that the source says is because earthlings like to put things against each other does on Earth. There are some people that are fighting genders, women wants it to do men's jobs. There are some women on earth that do not like men, and they have intentions against men. So when you call the higher source are he or she they get angry? And they because they aren't on Earth, it is a negative energy. If there was up here with they would not get upset because they would know it doesn't matter what gender it is, because the source is has no gender. Just like I have no gender. Oh, wow. I don't have a gender. That's another thing. Oh, your husband's vocal cords because he is a man. If you're a woman's vocal cords. I would not sound like this. I would sound like a fake male species.
Sarah Webb  1:13:06  Gotcha. Thank you. But one thing that I've noticed that people are having a hard time with the negative energy. And then I had a question about dreams. Do we have time for those two or no?
Archangel Metatron  1:13:21  We have a little time. Okay.
Sarah Webb  1:13:25  Some people are having we'll go into the dream somebody some people are having difficult dreams. I'm having weird dreams that I don't really like. Can we were wondering why those things are they're happening? What do they mean? I think one of them. I think the archangels told me that it was a parallel life where I woke up and I burst into tears.
Archangel Metatron  1:13:55  You? Yes. Some of your dreams are parallel lives. Some of them are not. Some of them are through negative energies that is trying to make you angry.
Sarah Webb  1:14:08  Okay, okay. That's what I wondered. Is that what's happening to other people? Are they are they interfering with the dreams with our dreams? Or our wherever we go?
Yes. Okay. Okay. Is that
Archangel Metatron  1:14:22  important what those dreams are? Okay. It doesn't matter what they mean. Okay, because your dreams are part of your human brain. Every, every being has those so called dreams. The reason why you should not worry about dreams is because those are part of negative energies.
Sometimes you have
good dreams, and sometimes those dreams are also imprinted by negative energies there. They'll give you good ones sometimes and then they'll give you
bad words. When you say You do that.
And sometimes when you go, you astral travel, and you're in another life. Reason why I say that is not important is because you will have any sessions when you have these sessions, then you will get the answer Oh, point in worrying about it

Sarah Webb  1:15:36  It Yeah, that makes sense to me. Ah, so, to fight the negative energy and and people think of negative entities. And am I correct in understanding? You've told us this that there are no negative entities, there are just energies that can make themselves look like they take form. Is that?
Archangel Metatron  1:16:02  Okay? Yes, that is exactly what it is. They take up form. Okay. And you call them negative entities. The more you focus on a negative energy, the more they happen? Yes, yes, yes. So have you know that the negative energies are messing with you? Just ignore them and keep doing what you're doing? And concentrate on a light figure out something else to do? You get angry, then they are winning? Also on your planet? There was a lot of misinformation.

Archangel Metatron  1:16:41  And I just heard you say when he was asking me a question you say people say that is not positive. Because listening to other humans and other humans are not very smart. Even the so called was you think that a smart on your planet are not very smart. You don't know? Everything until you get up here where you supposed to be where we are. You won't know everything until you get here.

Six months ago, Sarah noticed that she was feeling different, stronger and more positive. She asked Archangel Michael why and he said it was because she was feeling her new light power. He also said she was becoming more clairvoyant and was starting to see some things before they happened, which was a good sign that more light and positive things would come her way. 
They discussed the negative energy that we sometimes feel, and how to push through it. It is easy to look for something positive in the midst of negative energy, and it is possible to find a way around it. The conversation then shifted to the effect of salt intake on the body and how it could affect one's mood and behavior negatively. Salt itself is not negative, but too much salt can cause negative energy to enter the body and cause negative thoughts and behaviors. It is easy to get rid of the negative energy by drinking a lot of water to flush out the salt. 
Archangel Michael focuses on the use of salt crystals and how they can be used for good. It is mentioned that sugar is also a crystal and that pearls are a type of crystal as well. Pearls are full of energy and love and are often used as jewelry. Our oceans are full of salt crystals and light; other beings use the salt water to power their crafts. Sarah is curious about her past life in Egypt (that she saw through a quantum healing hypnosis session) and they discuss that life, including the crystal beds she saw there. The beds were used for healing and for astral travel. It is also mentioned that animals can astral travel and follow people when they don't feel like moving their natural bodies. Sarah asks about seeing her pet astral travel to check on Travis and Michael confirms that she did see this, and that this is something pets can do. 
The conversation discussed the phenomenon of pets reincarnating when they pass away. It is possible for them to come back as a pet, or as another person. Archangel Michael explains that it is easier to recognize the pet in another pet than in a human.
